Gateway Women’s Care (“Gateway”) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, providing FREE and
CONFIDENTIAL pregnancy and sexual health services, resources, and referrals to men and
women irrespective of race, color, creed, sexual orientation, and/or religious affiliation in
compliance with the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina. Any attempt
to obtain Gateway’s services or resources under false pretenses is prohibited, and Gateway
expressly reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason and at any
time. To protect the privacy of our clients, staff, and volunteers, the use of electronic
recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Gateway provides limited medical services, including pre-abortion services and
consultations as well as referrals to assist clients. Gateway does not offer abortion services
or abortion referrals and assumes no responsibility for services or resources provided by
anyone other than Gateway. Any and all communication and information exchanged
between Gateway and any client or potential client is kept strictly confidential with the
following exceptions: a) Communication or information that is deemed to constitute a clear
and present danger to the physical well-being of any client, potential client, or third person
and, b) Communication or information that indicates physical or sexual abuse of a minor
child.
